1. Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the hlbajee platform and all its services. When you register on hlbajee or begin using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any significant changes.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on hlbajee, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration — providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. All activity conducted through your account is considered to have been performed under your own responsibility, so never share your account details with any third party.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on hlbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) and processed through applicable payment methods. Deposits will be credited to your account following appropriate verification, with processing times depending on the selected payment method. Identity verification must be completed and the KYC process followed before submitting a withdrawal request. The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold during an investigation into suspicious or fraudulent transactions. 4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on hlbajee are operated fairly and transparently, with outcomes determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users may not employ any form of fraudulent strategy, software bot, or automation tool — doing so may result in a permanent ban. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the platform reserves the right to void the relevant round and recover the wagers. 5. Prohibited Activities

Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users, attempting to hack the platform's systems, and collecting data through unauthorized means are all prohibited. Creating accounts under false identities or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action. Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform or encouraging others to do so is also strictly forbidden. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice and to seize any funds held in those accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hlbajee shall not be liable for any losses caused by technical issues, internet connectivity disruptions, or third-party service failures. Users must remain aware of potential financial losses from gaming and take full responsibility for playing within their own means. The platform may temporarily go offline for maintenance at any time, and no compensation may be claimed in such cases. The platform bears no liability for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government directives. In the event of any dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final; however, users may request a review through the complaints process.
7. Account Closure & Termination
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out in accordance with applicable rules prior to account closure. If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy, the account will be suspended for a specified period in accordance with the relevant rules.
